Body: Main body use Q345B steel and main big parts are with welded structure, in order to make sure the quality of welding, those big parts will be processed with annealing treatment to eliminate welding deformation and stress, positioned block has been used in the joint surface between the lower platen, column, beam to prevent dislocation to guarantee the precision of installation; Four tie bar has been pre-tightened by hydraulic force, slide use eight side guiding system to reach the advantage of high adjustable precision, good rigidity. The hydraulic press depends on Pascal's principle-the pressure throughout a closed system is constant. One part of the system is a piston acting as a pump, with a modest mechanical force acting on a small cross-sectional area; the other part is a piston with a larger area which generates a correspondingly large mechanical force. Only small-diameter tubing (which more easily resists pressure) is needed if the pump is separated from the press cylinder.
